Common questions

›I didn't get the sign-in code.

Codes can take a minute. Check your spam or promotions folder. If it still hasn't arrived, go back and ask for a new code; only the newest code works.

›I don't see a Join button.

The temple hasn't added a video link for that class yet, or the class only meets in person. Ask your temple's admin.

›How do I change the language?

Use the language menu at the top right of any page. Your choice is remembered on this device.

›Can I use it on my phone like an app?

Yes. On iPhone, open the page in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open it in Chrome, tap the menu, then Add to Home screen or Install app.

›Who can see my child's information?

Only you, your temple's admins and your child's teachers. Other parents and other temples cannot.

Still stuck? Ask your temple's admin. They can check your classes and resend an invitation.
